Claire Kunzman - Founder & President
After 15 years working with the two premier marketing PR agencies in the country, Claire founded ABA in 2016, driven by her strong media and influencer relationships as well as a strong desire to elevate marketing results and ROI for her clients.
Her team consists of both seasoned marketing professionals as well as former hotel executives with major brands such as Fairmont, Four Seasons, Marriott and Hilton.
Albeit a boutique agency based in South Florida, ABA has a global reach with team members in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, New York, London, Madrid, Vienna and Buenos Aires.
Claire holds an MBA in marketing and management from Rollins College. She loves to travel and to read and above all, spending time with her King Charles Cavalier Charlie.
Arlette Arrechavala - Director, Public Relations
Arlette is a public relations specialist with over 15 years of experience in the travel, hospitality and luxury lifestyle industry. A native of Nicaragua and longtime Miami resident, she is fluent in English and Spanish.
Throughout her career, Arlette has been instrumental in creating strategic media, public relations and influencer campaigns that place clients in the limelight. Her understanding of clients’ business needs and the media’s need for immediate, newsworthy content have allowed her to obtain placements in USA Today, Forbes, Travel + Leisure, Conde Nast Traveler, Univision, Telemundo and El Nuevo Herald, to name a few.
Sasha Hlozek - Director, Strategic Insights, Team Leader Europe
With more than 15 years of public relations experience, Sasha adds athoughtful approach combined with an international touch. Born in Switzerland with family roots in the Czech Republic, Sasha grew up in England and lived along the East Coast of the United States, bringing a diverse and multicultural viewpoint to the team. While living in Miami she cultivated a niche in strategic marketing, specializing a wholistic marketing approach using AI tools and data insights to drive highly-performing ROI producing marketing campaigns.
Sasha splits her time between London and Prague.
Opal Gibson - Director, Destination Strategy
Opal is a marketing executive and industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in marketing and revenue management. Prior to opening her own marketing representation company and joining ABA as destination strategy expert, Opal held positions such as Director of Business Development and Director of Sales and Marketing with major international hotel and lifestyle brands.
Opal has been assisting clients all over the world to build new brand identities and increase awareness through her strategic approach to destination marketing. Her clients span over four continents including North, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Asia, Australia and the Pacific Islands. She holds an MBA in marketing and advertising from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, New York.
Johanna Manrique - Director, Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategies
Johanna blazed onto the digital marketing scene back in 2012, providing online marketing and advertising solutions for clients in the hospitality industry. She's launched major social media campaigns for JW Marriott Hotels, Marriott Autograph Collection, Amara Cay Resorts and much more.
At ABA, Johanna leverages her extensive marketing experience to provide insights to destinations and clients looking to elevate and stand out in today’s busy social media landscape. She uses her extraordinary talent in branding and social media, mobile, and content marketing to create out of the box strategies that are trend setting.
Johanna is bilingual in Spanish and English and resides in London.
